Meteorological conditions: Clouds 600m,wind 3m/sec 80 degrees, visibility – 10km, temperature +13C, rain, atmospheric pressure 752mm; Captain: Mr. Inchin D.M. – 1st class pilot, weather minimum 15 x 2000; IFR – 60 x 6000; Total FT – 8700 hrs., 4400 hrs as a Mi-8 captain. The last departure point: Izhma Planned landing : Denisovka Number of crewmembers/passengers – 3/28 (!!!) Killed – 0; Damaged – 0; Cargo aboard the helicopter – 300 kg; (!!!) Case description: While performing a takeoff from a swampy site the crew allowed the drop in the main rotor’s rotational speed up to 82%. 45 –50 seconds after the takeoff at the altitude of 2 –3 m above the ground, the helicopter’s blades clashed with the trees and the ground, the helicopter turned by 180 degrees against the course and plunged into the swampy ground.
