In connection with the extended helicopter operations- activity, DEC has introduced a position
of a pilot-inspector of a Mi-8/Mi-8MTV helicopter on staff. On a competitive basis this position was taken by Capt. Serguei V. Danilov, a 44 years old English speaking pilot-instructor of Mi-8/Mi-8 MTV helicopter.
He holds a valid license of first class pilot-instructor since 1987.
Total flight hours on helicopter Mi-8/Mi-8MTV is 10000 hours, as Captain - 7000 flight hours.
Licenses: Visual - 150m x 2000m;
Special - 150m x 1000m;
Instrument Landing - 60m x 600m;
Instrument Take off - 30m x 400m;
Special permit for landing/takeoff up to height of 4500 meters (mountains).
Experience: Deputy Head of Helicopter Squadron in Bishkek, Kyrgyzia;
Between Oct 1993 and Jun 2000 operations in the Nepal mountains.
As DEC's specialist Danilov will carry out the appraisal of helicopter operations, check proficiency
and training level of the Mi-8/Mi-8 MTV pilots as well as assess flight safety of Mi-8/Mi-MTVs helicopters in the audited companies.
