Retired Air Force General Major Valery Zakhariyn, Manager for Air Traffic Control Consulting

In the view of the extension of the Company`s consutling activities in the field of Russian Air Traffic Control, DEC has appointed Retired Air Force General Major Valery Zakhariyn Manager for Air Traffic Control Consutling.

Valery Zakhariyn previously served in Russian Army`s General Staff as head of Airspace Use Department. His responsibilities included: coordination of airspace use with civil ATC, development of perspective ATS routes, streamling of airspace procedures, coordination of open skies policy with NATO, etc.
